2. Change of Mind
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3. Opened Products
Due to the nature of the product (food item), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any opened bottles, unless the product is faulty.
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photographic evidence
- Details of the issue
If confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
